Being selfless is ideal and should be our goal, but everything should ultimately be done for ourselves (it is, no matter how much we think it isn’t).
If god is real (she isn’t), we can’t do anything for her that she can’t do for herself.
We should/can only give people what they can’t give themselves.
The purpose of life is only to love whoever is around to be loved.
